🐾 Service Animal Policy
At Beach Vacations, LLC, we’re committed to making sure all guests feel welcome — including those who travel with service animals.

What’s Allowed
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we gladly welcome guests with service animals. A service animal is defined as a dog (or in some cases, a miniature horse) that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.

No Pet Fees for Service Animals
Service animals are not considered pets, and no pet fees or deposits will be charged. However, guests are responsible for any damages caused by their service animal during their stay.

What We May Ask
To comply with ADA guidelines and protect both our guests and property owners, we may ask:

  • Is this animal required because of a disability?
  • What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?
  • Is the dog housebroken?

Your Responsibilities as a Guest
While service animals are welcome, we ask that guests:

  • Please inform us at the time of booking if you’ll be bringing a service animal.
  • Maintain control of the animal at all times (leash, harness, or voice control).
  • Ensure the animal is housebroken.
  • Clean up after the animal.
  • Prevent excessive barking or disruptive behavior to ensure a pleasant experience for other guests.

Emotional Support Animals (ESA)
Please note: Emotional Support Animals, therapy animals, and companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.
